Why I build shop concepts before the ask
Two private samples sit on the home page as WIP · private concept, under stand-in names (Color bar salon and Skewer kitchen). Real shop names stay off this site until I’ve contacted them — and ideally until they’re fine being named.
Color bar salon — book and call first
Nail / service-style treatments as clear choices on a phone; Book and Call kept obvious. Built as a one-page concept so an owner can see the shape without a long deck.
Skewer kitchen — order first
Menu in sections; Order kept easy to reach. Same idea: a visitor on a phone should know what to do next.
What this is (and isn’t)
It shows activity and standards — I’m willing to build the sample before anyone pays. It is not a claim those shops hired DD Lab, that the concepts are public for them, or that any conversion numbers improved. Outreach uses private previews and real names only in the DM or email.
Live proof remains Imprint Esthetics. WIP cards live under Selected work. Ask if you want a yes/no on your shop.
